Method & team

A tight team. A method proven in the field.

Every engagement is led directly by the founders. No subcontracting, no junior consultant on the front line: the same people who delivered the case studies above are the ones working on your project.

01Our operational framework

Three phases. A measurable output at each step.

The audit identifies the process with the business. The implementation is built by the engineer. These aren't two separate engagements: it's the same team, from scoping to production. This format eliminates the gap between business vision and technical execution, and removes the risk of a POC that never scales.

Weeks 1 to 3

Audit & scoping

Full mapping of the target process (inputs, steps, handoffs, quality checkpoints). Strengths and weaknesses. Technical and functional blueprint of the target solution, option comparison, indicative timeline. Deliverable: a usable document, not a presentation.

Weeks 4 to 8

Implementation

Tool connections, process and sub-process orchestration, iterative testing on real data. Before/after measurement on target KPIs is done before final sign-off.

12 months

Operational maintenance

The automated process stays under a service guarantee. Response within 1 business day for outages, 2 for functional errors. No time-and-materials support: a flat fee at 20% of the project cost. The engagement ends in production, with no technical debt and no orphan POC.

02Founders

Expertise built on production projects.

Corentin and Souleyman have delivered software and AI projects in production at large enterprise clients for six years. Tie-Out applies the same execution rigor to mid-market companies that don't have the resources to embed a full tech team year-round.
